Returns Policy
As Northern Pickups is a bespoke company, every pickup is made to order. There is no stock and parts are ordered once payment is received. Refunds are only issued if there is damage to the pickup upon initial inspection or if there is a manufacturing defect once installed. If this is the case return the pickup in its original condition (and packaging if possible) by registered mail within 14 days of purchase date and we will either exchange or refund the pickup.
If you are unhappy with the sound or performance of any pickup purchased directly from Northern Pickups, refunds cannot be issued as long as the pickup is working as specified. Please contact us via phone or email before you send your pickup back as we cannot accept unsolicited returns.
